Our History of Independence

Mediasmith was incorporated in San Francisco in 1989 as a strategic alternative to the growing landscape of giant media buying operations. The foundational belief was that thoughtful strategy was an absolute requirement for an effective media plan and buy. While other agencies have come and gone, we have remained fiercely independent.  After years of record growth, we are uniquely provisioned and capable of helping our clients to achieve their goals.

We believe all agencies should put a stake in the ground about where they stand on transparency. We did so in 2016 by publishing our Mediasmith Client Bill of Rights.
