John is responsible for all Mediasmith operations. He has over 35 years of agency experience including 13 at Mediasmith. He’s held US and Global positions in some of the industry’s leading agencies including McCann-Erickson, TBWA Chiat Day, and Carat.

Greg has led our media strategy and planning practice for 7 years, leveraging his experience across literally dozens of client categories. Many consider Greg to be one of the best all-media minds in the industry. Prior to joining Mediasmith Greg held senior media strategy positions at Mediabrands Audience Platform, Carat and Razorfish.
Marcus Pratt
SVP, Insights & Technology
Marcus drives technology practices and oversees Analytics across the client roster. He is an experienced media strategist with dozens of client assignments highlighted by seven years of running all US and international aspects of Mediasmith’s flagship Salesforce relationship. He is a Chair of I-COM Global, and a sought-after speaker on marketing technology.
Ryan Buensuceso

Ryan oversees all aspects of Mediasmith finances and the day-to-day business operations. With over 20 years at Mediasmith he is uniquely capable of customizing business relationship solutions for our clients.
Abraham Alegria
Group Media Director
With 15 years of media planning and buying experience, Abraham oversees the daily delivery of work to our clients. Drawing on past client experience including Toyota, Disney and T-Mobile, Abe has taken a direct hand in the success of our UC Berkeley, USGA, and AAA Insurance accounts. Abe is noted for his listening skills – clearly hearing the priorities and urgencies of his clients.

A chemist (and an economist) by training, Reg entered the agency world at Mediasmith in 2014 and quickly took on a diverse set of assignments. With a keen eye for marketing data, ad tech, and data visualization and a drive to solve unique attribution challenges and measure campaign success, Reg transforms complex results into actionable insights

Joe is an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of driving brand value and revenue through strategic alignment of marketing, media, creative, and analytics. His expertise spans traditional and digital channels across a variety of industry sectors including tech, B2B, CPG, retail and fintech. Joe excels in leveraging data to develop actionable communication plans that deliver measurable results.
Rachel Markwiese
Director, Paid Social
Rachel has almost 10 years of experience focused on paid social as an activation channel. Before joining Mediasmith Rachel ran social media campaigns for clients in pharma and healthcare for W2O Group, and prior to that she developed a social media specialization for hospitality brands including Four Seasons, Marriott, and Wyndham. Rachel also has extensive automotive experience including Audi and Volkswagen.
Dani Shalmone
Director, Search Marketing
With over 15 years of experience in Paid Search, Dani brings a proven track record of delivering revenue growth for clients and a passion for data and development of growth strategies. He’s worked with companies across multiple business types, including E-commerce, Amazon retail, subscription, services, and national brick and mortar. In his previous role at GroupM, he served as a Paid Search Director on teams across a range of complex businesses.
Lindsey Pittser
Director, Video Strategy & Investments
Lindsey is responsible for “all things video” at Mediasmith including linear broadcast, OTT, CTV, and streaming. Lindsay was previously in a leadership role at Starcom, where she managed all video across the Beam Suntory portfolio of products. Her prior experience includes SC Johnson, Ally Bank, Starbucks and more at other large Chicago agencies including PHD and Spark Foundry.
Lexi Coulter
Director, Account Activation
Lexi leads the cross-channel account activation team efforts, working closely with stakeholders from campaign planning to execution and insights. Lexi brings a breadth of subject area knowledge from nearly a decade of media agency and ecommerce experience, with a specialty in tech entrepreneurship and retail. Lexi also teaches graduate students at NYU’s Business School.

Adriana has over 20 years of experience across both media agency and client in-house marketing. Her marketing project management experience includes website and social content, in-house and third-party creative/production, and all aspects of operationalizing media campaigns.
