As VP Client Services, Rachel is focused on Client Success. Providing new capabilities to Mediasmith’s rich expertise including Content Strategy, and creative resources.
Rachel has more than 20 years of advertising, media, and integrated marketing experience. She began her career at traditional media agencies, then moved over to publishing- working for TimeInc and Hearst, and in 2011, rejoined the agency side. Her business development background intersects nearly every medium including TV, digital, OOH, social platforms, hi impact DM, and experiential marketing for brands and publishers. As an industry specialist in the CPG, financial, healthcare, retail, and tech sectors, Rachel has developed multi-platform, ROI programs, and content strategy for global consumer and b2b clients including: Clorox brands, eBay, Nintendo, Kikkoman, HP, Cisco, SAP, Salesforce, and VCE.
